The Honey Hole

21"H x 21"L x 9"W

I keep coming back to the fly fishing off horseback scenario. My previous bronzes were a wreck in progress, as the fish spooked the horse. As you see by this horse he's been there and done that and this old timer has found just the right spot.

Doing a dance on four legs is a feeling so enchanting, so addictive, that once you’ve done it you can never forget it. The dream of any true horseman is to be able to think, act and move like their equine partner. The smartest of these, however, manage to stay mounted as they open gates, eat their lunch, or fish for their dinner.
